What To Expect
There aren’t many small sports cars on sale anymore, but BMW continues to sell the 2-Series. The current generation of the coupe came out in 2022 and will continue to stick around for 2025, though it’s arriving with a few new features for the model year. Here’s what shoppers can expect to see from the 2025 BMW 2-Series.
Beyond some new paint colors and wheel designs, the 2025 BMW 2-Series will share the same overall exterior design as the current model that’s on sale. The current 2-Series features an aggressive design with sharp headlights, an angular front fascia, and a slim grille. Short overhangs and wide fenders give the 2-Series a sporty stance on the road, while the coupe has oval taillights, a small rear spoiler, and a chiseled rear bumper.
BMW has made a few minor changes to the 2025 2-Series’ interior design. The 2-Series is available with two new steering wheel designs, new ambient interior lighting, and new interior trim. The overall design of the 2-Series will say the same for the 2025 model year, as the sports car has a premium interior design with two large displays that are integrated into a single panel. The 2-Series has a slim row of physical controls, a toggle shifter, and a dial for the infotainment system.
On the tech front, the 2025 BMW 2-Series gains BMW’s iDrive 8.5 infotainment system. The coupe features a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch central display. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, navigation, 10 audio speakers, and two USB ports are also standard.
